Good bye Syntropy, it’s been a pleasure
As my time at Syntropy winds down, I can’t help but reflect on all the awesome people I’ve worked with. It’s hard to believe how fast time flies, I still remember my joining date 13 months ago as if it was yesterday!
I feel particularly grateful I chose Syntropy to work with. It’s been a blast collaborating with you on so many projects. I love your tenacity, your willingness to jump right in, and your ability to think outside the box.
To everyone I’ve worked with, my managers, direct reports, colleagues, I have enjoyed my time here and I would like to thank you for being such a great team to work with.
It has been an adventure so far, and while I am sad to go, I am also thrilled that all I have learned will help to shape the rest of my career. Being at Syntropy helped to improve the way I think about the Blockchain industry, what culture might entail, how being agile might be key to success, and why challenging the status quo shouldn’t be an option but rather a need. Whether for the better or the worse.
I’ll miss you moving forward, but I wish you nothing but the best. Keep killin’ it!
